Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days inside Great Cairo, 3-6 business days other areas (excluding weekends and public holidays).  During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Returns

We accept returns only if all the following conditions are met:

• Item is unused, unworn, unwashed
• Original tags and packaging are intact
• Return request is made within 3 days of delivery

🚫 We do not accept returns for:

• Used or washed items
• Items without original tags
• Sale or discounted items

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color only, subject to availability.

• Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping fees

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
