Refund policy
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means :
- Opening the package before the courier leaves is allowed. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Return Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- To start a return, you can contact us at wassan.cs.eg@gmail.com. and share your Contact details including your Order Number, Full Name, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- After 24 hours, no exchange or refund will be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, clean and in its original packaging.
- Exchange & Return shipping fees will apply based on location, or you can sent it to the following address: 5th Settlement, New Cairo.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- A return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund or charged separately.
Important Conditions:
- All orders must be paid in full before the courier can hand over the package; Trying the package isn't allowed.
- Order cancellations must be made before the order is shipped or handed over to the courier.
- If you cancel after the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, including the return of any gifts received with your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like satin cloths are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
